This is a special plan designed for couples who want more than just beautiful photos.
We dedicate over a week to the entire process — from preparation and communication, to shooting, and final editing.
Using professional-grade equipment and taking the time to craft each shot carefully,
our concept is to provide a refined, high-quality photography experience.

Full Wedding Photo Plan (Outfit Included)

A complete wedding photo experience with beautiful attire for both bride and groom, professional hair & makeup, and full on-the-day support — perfect for couples who want a stress-free, refined photoshoot in Hokkaido.

My name is Yuto Takagi, a wedding photographer and certified outdoor guide based in Kushiro, Japan.
Before becoming a photographer, I worked in the travel industry for 13 years, organizing tours around the world.
For the past 5 years, I have focused on creating wedding photography experiences that combine beautiful locations with thoughtful travel planning.
I don’t just take photos — I help couples design meaningful experiences in Hokkaido.
Having had my own wedding photos taken overseas, I understand how exciting — and sometimes overwhelming — it can be to plan everything in another country.
That’s why I aim to support international couples with sincerity, clarity, and care.
I lived and worked in Vietnam for 6 years using English daily.
While my English is simple, I value clear and honest communication above all.

● Location Changes / Custom Locations
We’re happy to discuss your preferred shooting locations.
Depending on the distance and travel time, an additional fee may apply.
We will take care of applying for shooting permits in advance (e.g., Kushiro Marsh Observatory).
Please note that the shooting schedule or order of locations may change depending on conditions.
If any location requires a facility usage fee or official permit fee, it will be charged at actual cost.
For long-distance shoots or extended time required, we will provide a separate estimate.

【Payment, Changes & Cancellation Policy】
● Payment
Once your reservation is confirmed, payment must be made promptly via PayPal (credit card accepted).
● Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for personal reasons after confirming your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Additionally, the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 91 days before the shoot: Free cancellation
(Note: actual charges will apply for any already-booked attire or hair & makeup services) -
90 to 31 days before the shoot: 50% of the total plan fee

30 to 8 days before the shoot: 80% of the total plan fee
-
7 days to the day of the shoot: 100% of the total plan fee
Any bank fees related to refunds will be borne by the customer.

An English-speaking staff member will accompany you throughout your wedding photo experience.
From choosing your outfits to dressing, hair, and makeup, we make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
In Japan, not many people are able to speak English.
I used to work in the travel industry and even arranged my own wedding photo shoot abroad.
Through that experience, I learned how stressful it can be when the language barrier makes communication difficult.
That is why I want to provide you with peace of mind by offering reliable English support.
Although I am not a perfect English speaker, I spent six years in Vietnam using English daily to work with local people.
I believe that even if my English is not 100%, what matters most is that your wishes are truly understood and carefully conveyed.

we will help you book an appointment with a local bridal shop in Kushiro.
Our staff will accompany you and support you during the fitting and selection process.

Photo Shoot Day – Light Posing Guidance Included
On the day of the shoot, we’ll guide you with simple posing tips.
We always keep the atmosphere friendly and relaxed — chatting, laughing, and having fun together.

Photo Selection After the Shoot
We will send you a set of preview images with watermarks.
From those, you can select your favorite photos based on the number included in your plan.

Retouching & Color Correction
(Adjusting tones, brightness, and overall image balance)
We dedicate several times more hours to editing than to the shoot itself.
Each photo is carefully retouched by hand to enhance its beauty and mood, one image at a time.

Delivery via Email
Your final photo data will be sent to you by email.
We will include a download link for easy access.
